The West Holyoke/McLean Transfer Pumping Station supplies water to the West Holyoke water system and also transfers water from the McLean Reservoir to the Water Treatment Facility for routine or emergency needs.  The West Holyoke Station utilizes three (3) pumps, each driven by a 7.5 HP electric motor.  Each pump has a rated capacity of 200 GPM.  The McLean Transfer Station utilizes three (3) pumps, each with a 100 HP electric motor.  Each pump has a rated capacity of 3,425 GPM.
